Welder Watches

By David Gill

Welding together time and space, the Welder watch brand was designed to be seen as a watch of the future, which brings the future right back into the present. Encapsulating timelessness into his innovative designs, creator Italo Fontana makes each individual watch a classical piece of jewellery.

Setting the Welder watch apart from regular watches, the unique three-dimensional design sets the Welder brand as a real stand-out in the watch market. The design represents the layers of space and time from the present day right through until 2075. The Welder watch could easily be seen as something straight out of a science-fiction movie, its futuristic design looks almost robotic in physique and gives us a glimpse of what life might be like in many years to come.

Designed as a long-term investment piece that will not age, the Welder watch has clear characteristics of the future in mind. The higher range models can be priced in excess of 1000, so a purchase of this style of watch is really seen as a significant investment. The individuality of each watch drives the prices up as the unique craftsmanship is not a cheap option. Combined with the expensive cost of the technology and the state-of-the-art materials used to produce the watch, they can be incredibly expensive to produce.

There are no female models of the Welder watch as they are designed uniquely for men. A bold, strong and chunky design gives a very masculine feel to the accessory. The watch is ideally suited to the strong and intelligent man and gives a very heavy duty and robust manly appeal. The case design and high-grade material used makes for a very sturdy and robust watch, allowing them to be worn without concern over breakage or damage to a number of occupations.

Many of the Welder watches contain a number of different faces within the watch face. These can display a range of things from alternate time-zones to a date/month/year format.
