Where to start and what to begin with I am not sure because there are so much to say about womens trainers and why running is the best way to let your mind have some free time or at least for me it has been and today I could not live without my daily runs.
I have always loved sports but the last years it has been less and especially running has never been me and for sure not something that could change my life but that was a big mistake. By now I am happy that friends pushed me the last bit to go running because for the last 6 years my old red womens trainers (they have changed now) got on my feet to go rocking those streets close to home.
I got sacked and things just had to take a dramatically change for the better and I decided to change quite a few things to get straightened out with my life. One of the things I did was to start running.
The story starts almost 6 years back. One morning when I woke up with no energy what so ever and I just had to find those old womens trainers from the closet which I had been using in the gym. I found them and got them on in a hurry, even though my first thoughts was just to leave it all but I got them on and got out that door to run my first 3 miles.
That morning I left my flat and came back as a whole new person or at least for a while because by the end of the day I got really tired and my stupid thoughts came crawling back again and the next thing was me in a bad mood the rest of the evening.
The next days things looked like the first day. I got my womens trainers on and got out that door to do my running. I returned like a new person but by night time things changed again. I did not want to give up and for a while I kept doing my daily runs in the morning and after just 3 miles I always came home with renewed energy.
For the next few weeks the same things happened where I got up, got my womens trainers on, got out on my run and came back as a new person but by the evening I was depressed again. After the first few weeks things started to change and bit by bit I realized that I would not live without my daily running.
I have done my morning run for the last 6 years with only skipping a few mornings but then I would run longer the following day. By now all my days are full of energy and happy thoughts and the running keeps me going and with the changes it has made for me I can only hope others will try the same routine. Good Luck.
